I sometimes go to Tennouji in Osaka to study English.I've joined ,FADIG, an English meeting group since 2004. They have a meeting once a month. One speaker is invited and talks a story to the members and we listen to it. After that, we could ask questions to the speaker in English. It is difficult to listen to their stories in English and ask about the story there, but it is good for me. The members are so friendly and like to study English. Join us!!!
"FADIG" stands for "Foreign Affairs Discussion Group" and is called 'Kokusai-Rikai-Kondankai' in Japanese .
It is a very friendly and informal English speaking group.
